Guest Policies
1. Pets and children under 17 are not permitted to enter the premises while you train. 288 Lake is a training facility only. Our goal is to provide an environment that does not include distractions. Any exceptions must be cleared in advance by the management. This pertains to triathletes and the kayak community only.
2. All spectators are required to pay a $7.00 fee and sign a waiver before entering the facility. Spectators are not permitted to use the lake.
3. If lightening occurs guests MUST immediately get out of the water. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you have been in the water 30 minutes or less, you may request a “Rain Check” which must be used within 30 days from the date received.
4. In order to maintain the beauty and integrity of our property, all litter must be deposited in the trash receptacles provided.
5. Smokers must not leave cigarette butts on the property or they may be subject to fines as outlined by the state of Texas.
